Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) is a proven method of support for first-time moms. Through NFP, moms and their families get regular home visits from a nurse until the first child is two years old. Families and children who are part of Nurse-Family Partnership are more likely to have healthy pregnancy outcomes, healthy child development, and economic self-sufficiency.
We serve first time low-income moms in Whatcom County. Women must enroll in the program prior to their 28th week of pregnancy. If you would like more information about enrolling in NFP, you can download our referral form or call 360-778-6100.
