Registered voters in Washington State receive their ballot in the mail.  Citizens have been voting by mail since 2011!

Ballots will be mailed on October 14, 2020 for the upcoming General Election on November 3, 2020.  Go to www.VoteWA.gov to register to vote, check your voter status, and update your address.

Voters should receive their ballot in the mail by October 21, 2020.  Once you receive your ballot, you can vote it!

There are two methods to return your ballot:

Vote and return your ballot to a ballot drop box, no stamp required.  Your ballot must be returned to a ballot drop box by 8:00 pm on November 3.  Plan ahead to avoid lines.

  • By Mail

Vote and return your ballot through the U.S. Postal Service, no stamp required.  We recommend dropping your ballot in the mail by October 27 to make sure it gets postmarked by November 3.  Your ballot must be postmarked by Election Day, November 3.
