How do I participate in a Virtual Council Open Session or Public Hearing?

Virtual meetings are held via a Zoom Webinar platform. You may provide public comment to the Council during open session or a virtual public hearing by joining the webinar. You can join the meeting at any time before or during the meeting.  If pre-registration is activated for a meeting, pre-registering is highly encouraged. Those who pre-register will be called upon to speak before those who have not registered. All live testimony will be broadcast, recorded, and retained for the public record. Please visit the County Council’s Participate in Virtual Council Meetings webpage for specific instructions on how to join the webinar.
