Small Area Paving

2022 Projects

These were some of the small area paving projects completed under the contract in 2022. 

Wednesday, October 12th      

NE Cain Lake Road to S. Bay Drive: Crews will be paving NE Cain Lake Road to S. Bay Drive starting at 8:00 am. The work will include a few additional locations along S. Bay Drive. 

Tuesday, October 11th:

Portal Way: Mill (grind) Portal Way just south of Blaine at Dakota Creek.

Mission Road: Mill (grind) work will be north of Smith Road.

Paving work following, including the railroad crossing on Portal Way north of Dakota Creek Bridge.

Monday, October 10th:            

Rothenbuhler Rd (near Acme): One-day paving project. Residents should plan to stay home for the morning or move out past the work zone towards HWY 9. 

Lake Louise Road: Shoulder rock to be finished along Lake Louise Rd. 

Starting August 29th

Lake Louise Road

We’re repairing a number of rough locations along Lake Louise Road, and a few overlay locations too. The work consists of grinding and paving, with longer workdays to get the project completed as quickly as possible.  Traffic control will be in place during this time, along with signs. Drivers should expect long delays and use alternate routes, if possible.

Thursday, August 25th-Friday, August 26th

Mission Road – North of Smith Road just south of Goshen Road

River Road – West of Flynn Road

Arnie Road - East of Valley View Road

Drivers should expect long delays while work is in progress.  Please use alternate routes whenever possible.
